Right of Withdrawal

Customer Rights

Under current regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without the need to provide any reasons.

Method of Exercise of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send written notice via the email on our website, stating:

• The order number
• The product or products for which the withdrawal is to be exercised
• One’s personal data

Conditions for Refund

The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, complete with any accessories and user manuals, with no signs of use or damage.

Refund

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned merchandise, using the same method of payment chosen by the customer when ordering, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Attention

• We will not refund products that have been handled or used.
• Opened packages may not be replaced.
• Some categories of products (e.g. , seeds, vaporizers, cosmetics) are excluded from the right of withdrawal for reasons of hygiene or altered characteristics.
