Original Blueberry is the most renowned variety of the Blue Family.
This variety was introduced to the Dutch market in 1998 along with Blue Velvet, Blue Moon-shine, Flo and Blue Heaven – the other members of the Blue Family. All were originally selected by DJ Short and adopted by Dutch Passion in collaboration with the famous Canadian breeder.
Blueberry is an indica-dominant strain (around 80%, the remaining 20% being sativa genetics), mainly derived from the Afghani strain. The sativa percentage comes from a Thai Sativa and, although to a lesser extent, an Oaxacan (Mexican) Sativa. This triple cross is unique and represents the genetic origin for the Blueberry strain and its many offspring.
The Original Blueberry has achieved legendary status and boasts an immense number of fans. In more recent years, Blueberry has been used to produce numerous popular crosses, for example Blue Dream, Mazar x Blueberry (the old Skywalker), Mazar x Blueberry OG (the old Skywalker OG), Blueberry Headband, Blueberry Diesel and Blue Cookies.

The seeds are sold with the reservation that they are not used by third parties in conflict with the law.
