ELITURBO UV-Light uses short-wavelength ultraviolet light radiation technology, known as UV-C, to reduce bacterial and viral loads in the air. ELITURBO UV-Light can be operated H24 even in the presence of people thanks to its unique UV-C shielding and protection system. During night operation in the absence of people, the neutralisation of bacteria and viruses is completed and the next day the room air will be sanitised.
ELITURBO UV-Light uses a special sanitising and ventilation process to treat the room air. The air passes through a germicidal chamber where it is bombarded by multi-directional UV-C rays capable of reaching and neutralising the pathogens present. The sanitised air is returned to the room in all directions to even out the room’s microclimate. Unlike other devices that irradiate the room in a single direction, the unique shape of Eliturbo UV-Light with its circular deflectors allows it to treat the air at 360° and sanitise the entire volume concerned. Ventilation is soft and silent.

Installation is very simple, ELITURBO UV-Light is lightweight and can be hung from the ceiling of the room, at a height of no less than 2.5 m from the floor. It requires a connection to the power supply and an on/off switch. Switch off the sanitiser in the event of maintenance work on the product and other work at height in the installation room.

What is UV-C
Light is divided into visible rays, infrared rays and ultraviolet rays. Ultraviolet rays (invisible) are classified into:

- UV-B (therapeutic properties)
- UV-C (germicidal properties)
UV-C eliminates bacteria, viruses, fungi, spores, moulds and mites by destroying their DNA and inhibiting their reproduction and proliferation. UV-C technology is a cost-effective physical disinfection method, is environmentally friendly and, unlike chemical agents, works against all microorganisms without creating resistance.
