Kush is to Indica strains as Haze is to Sativas. Like “skunk”, “kush” is a term that can be used to describe an entire lineage of cannabis plants. Although we now know that Indicas are indigenous to other countries, not just India, the term has remained, as has the habit of giving plants names that recall the place of discovery. The first Kush herbs discovered were named in homage to the Hindu Kush, a mountainous region that stretches from Afghanistan to Pakistan.

B; New York Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of 1961 and table II of the ministerial decree 27/7/1992). In Italy the cultivation of Hemp is prohibited (articles 28 and 73 of the DPR 309/90) if you do not have the appropriate authorization (article 17 of the DPR 309/90). In the absence of authorization, the seeds can be used exclusively for other purposes (zootechnical, collecting, etc.). The seeds are sold on the condition that they are not used by third parties in conflict with the law.
