The plant is resistant to pests, however, care must be taken that, as is usual with auto-flowering plants, botrytis is a bit more likely to form if it is grown in very humid locations or if it is harvested too late. The taste is very fruity and it is really beautiful to look at thanks to its very pronounced purple colouring.
